FOTO Bali Festival 2025 invites individuals, communities, collectives, and creatives to take part in our OFF Frame: Open Programme—an open platform for self-initiated events that contribute to the vibrant spirit of the festival.

Through this program, we welcome a wide range of activities that foster exchange, provoke thought, and strengthen connections among participants. Whether it’s a film screening, a panel discussion, a community workshop, an informal gathering, or something more experimental—we’re open to it.

What we’re looking for :

​

• Events that encourage dialogue and shared experience

• Formats including (but not limited to) screenings, talks, interactive sessions, and performances

• Proposals that reflect creative, social, or cultural engagement, even beyond photography

If you’re looking to share knowledge, stories, or inspiration—this is your chance.

Submissions are open to everyone. Let’s collaborate and expand the festival experience together.

Terms and Conditions:

​

1. This is a free aplication

2. ​Open for both Indonesian and international applicants.

3. ​Participants are responsible for organizing and running their own event.

4. ​We will provide the venue (including LED Screen and Public Address Audio System), schedule the event, promote it, and manage visitor registration.

5. ​Events must be free for everyone to join and cannot involve any selling or buying.  

 

All promotional materials created by participants must include the officiall FOTO Bali Festival 2025 logo.
